Help Us Win 10K For Our Patients!

August 12, 2014 - The Possible Team

A crucial component of providing the best healthcare in rural Nepal includes helping our patients regain their health as quickly as possible. Providing high-quality, nutritious food plays a vital role in strengthening health and speeding up the recovery process for our sickest patients.

Which is why we’re thrilled to announce we’re up for a KIND Causes grant to continue providing healthy food to some of our most vulnerable patients: children.

Each month, KIND supports one impactful cause with $10,000. We want to ensure our patients under five-years-old have access to nutritious food when they are in our hospital so they get well, and fast.

We provide our inpatients, about 2,000 people each year, with high-quality, healthful food during their stay at our hospital. In addition, we screen all children for malnutrition, and our community health workers identify children with malnutrition and refer them to our hospital for treatment. In partnership with the KIND Causes community, we can continually provide our patients with nutritious, healthy meals.

Please head over to our campaign page and give us a vote!

You can VOTE HERE.

Voting officially ends on Sunday, August 31, and you can vote up to four times in total (so make sure to return!). Together and with your continual support, we can stay true to our #1 rule in our Culture Code: solve for the patient.
