Apply for HEAL’s Global Health Fellowship!

September 24, 2015 - The Possible Team

This summer, our team had the unique opportunity to be a part of The HEAL Initiative fellowship. Our Community Health Director, Isha, spent three weeks with 20 other fellows in the redwoods of California to collaborate on how to work towards health equity for the world’s poor, while providing each another with the tools and support to build longer careers in global health.

“It was a really amazing experience. This type of work in global health is incredibly challenging, and can also be isolating. We shared technical and clinic experiences, and program ideas—but we also focused on personal wellbeing. There was a sense of commitment we made to each other. We keep in touch every single day.”

The HEAL Initiative’s mission is to “create, scale, and sustain a pipeline of health professionals to care for the poorest communities at home and abroad.”

Now, you have the opportunity to join other experts in global health for their next two-year fellowship, expanding your commitment towards improving global health delivery.

The deadline for the fellowship is October 15th. See more details here, and apply today!
