Announcing Our For-Impact Culture Code

March 11, 2014 - Monica Landy

“Possible” is not a name change; it’s an evolution. We’ve learned and grown so much since our first health clinic was established out of a grain shed in rural Nepal in 2008. It’s not just the number patients we’ve treated, surgeries performed, or babies delivered that’s grown — some of our greatest strides as an organization have been internal.

It’s like our celebrated Cultural DNA, but 2.0. It’s the code that keeps us centered, grounded, and on-target when the going gets tough. It’s our playbook for getting the job done and doing it well. It’s our metric for hiring, firing, and doing whatever it takes to cultivate the best team. When you’re in the business of making healthcare possible for those who need it the most, you need to work and live by a code.
